Transaction Coordinator

A local full service commercial real estate firm is looking for a Transaction Coordinator. This position will act as an assistant for commercial real estate agents in regards to their daily transactions, showing activities, marketing as needed. This is a temporary, full time position located in Redding, CA.

Benefits of the Transaction Coordinator:
$18.00 – $22.00 an hour, depending on experience
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Temporary position, expected to last through October

Responsibilities of the Transaction Coordinator:
  • Prepare listing agreements, leases and purchase agreements in CAR and AIR forms
  • Coordinate document signing with clients including sending documents for electronic signature
  • Create and audit project files for accuracy and completion throughout the progress of the transaction
  • Update MLS key cards, pick-up and return keys – Coordinate showings with other brokers
  • Obtain and update comparable data records in Client Look
  • Assist agents in administrative and marketing tasks as needed including developing content, writing letters, sending mailers, maintaining file system, etc.
  • Review and audit contracts for accuracy and precision in representing our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Show spaces in lieu of agent, represent our office at open houses and events as needed

  • Utilize REA (Real Estate Assistant Software) to manage contacts, lease information, project timing and record keeping
  • Utilize MLS and other listing services to assist agents in exposing listing to the market as well as assisting our buyer and tenant clients to explore all relevant options
  • Assist agents in retrieving plan or permit copies from the City of Redding, Ellis Engineering or other sources as needed
  • Work closely with escrow officers to ensure smooth closing of transactions including ordering
  • NHD reports, preparing transaction timelines, monitoring transaction deadlines, attending signings and ensuring thank you gifts and cards are distributed
  • Act in administrative capacities for office: Answering phones, helping walk in customers, sorting mail, etc. in the absence of Administrative Assistant
