O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Manufacturing Company for an Administrative Assistant. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a positive attitude. This is a part-time position located in Redding, CA, with the opportunity to turn into a full-time and/or permanent position.
Requirements of the Office Assistant:
- Excellent customer service
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have Excel, MS Windows, and MS Office experience
- Must have basic office skills – copying, scanning, etc
- Great organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Valid CA DL with reliable transportation
Benefits of the Office Assistant:
- $20.00 – $22.00 an hour, depending on experience
- Part time; 2-4 hours per day

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
- Scanning, filing, beginning data entry
- Other duties as assigned
